Teaching Staff

The primary teacher at The Ballerina Co. is Principal, Jacqueline Barsenbach.

Jacqueline has been dancing since she was five years of age and has attained qualifications in a number of different dance styles including: classical, jazz and tap. She has an Associate Diploma in Dance Instruction and Management, a 2-year, full-time dance teaching course from Box Hill TAFE.

Jacqueline is currently a member of the Movement and Dance Education Centre that administers the Laurel Martyn Dance System syllabus (classical) and the Australian Teachers of Dancing. She has attained a Level 2 Certificate in First Aid Training and also has a Working with Children Check.

To maintain her level of professionalism and knowledge, Jacqueline regularly attends workshops and classes.
